March 16th, 2011I got a call from 00911234567898, i could hardly understand the guys accent he said he was informing me i was entitled to a refund of 8 years council tax. He had my name address and then proceeded to ask me how long i had lived there, when i said that he should know that if he had my details he put the phone down on me - obviously another scam which luckily i didnt fall for.
He sounded like he said he was from the British Council but as I said he accent was very difficult to understand.
