February 22nd, 2011Hi i have just received several calls regarding a supposed advert i had agreed to on a disabled adventure club wall planner - i asked for further information and then all i got was an invoice that was emailed to me they are now on the phone stating that i have agreed verbally and that the call has been recorded so therefore it is a contract and no cooling off period applies and we must pay. I have no recollection of this agreement but do remember asking for further information about this supposed advert.
