Who Calls Me? – REPORTS Find out who called you

These people usually ring up and ask for John - when asked John who, they reply John Clack, they are a consolidated loan company who have changed their number several times. Last year they called me every day for two and a half months - until I put them on to my husband whose name happens to be John but is know by all who know him by his second name, my husband explained calmly that we do not have no debts nor owe anyone any money; this company want you to give them all your debts so that they are all in one - and fleece you for the privilege. They also have the habit of stating, after asking for John Clack, if that is 52 Prestwick Avenue, knowing full well it is not. These calls did eventually stop - but have now started up again and they have called me every day this week so far, I will be leaving my answer phone on all the time now, which usually gets rid of them. I had to be rather rude the last time I answered by telling them that they knew there was no John Clack and to stop calling and being a nuisance caller. I shall be writing to my MP to see whether anything can be done. Invest in an answer phone its well worth it. They also have the habit of calling saying they have an urgent call and will you ring back - DONT, you will be paying for their nuisance calls.
