A number of years ago the free holiday was actually a £500 voucher off an artificially inflated price for selected holidays from a nominated travel agent no one had ever heard of.
They then make an arrangement to come and hand you the free holiday documentation, only confirming after repeated questioning that the voucher would only be handed over after a sales demonstration, at that particular time of an air purification system.
